Fun with Tolers part 2

For dinner one night we had to introduce the Tolers to the Red Iguana, best mexican food there! Just by looking at the mile long line at both locations you just know it's dang amazing.
Putnam family joined in on the fun. All of our husbands wrestled together in High School, it was fun to reminisce of our young adolescent days. Getting shoved in lockers, hit with the physics book, some one may have been hit with a car on the first day of junior year, peeking in on the boys wrestling, them peaking in on me and the dance company during practice and getting CAUGHT! haha. Skipping class to get breakfast at the infamous Carl's Cafe. Crazy how time just flies by!

                                MJ blowing kisses to Daddy.

MJ loves absolutely adored babies! She is so gentle and loving. So glad baby Brooklyn is here! MJ will help show the ropes to this cutie bug.

We went up Big Cottonwood Canyon one morning and the kids had a blast exploring, playing in the dirt and little creek. It was so beautiful to get away and see this scenery that I take for granted.

We made it to the top! We had a blast with our friends and miss them already!
Looking forward to our turn visiting them in Cali :D

Part 1 Tolers Trip

We had so much fun with our friends and their little boy who is just a few months younger then MJ
We went to High School with Brandon before he moved back to California where he met his wife. Last time they came to Utah it was for our wedding so this time around we tried to make the best of their visit and have lots of fun and relaxing as well. We started off going to City Creek mall.
Pretty sure the fountains and the Disney store were Mary's favorite place to check out.

These two are just hilarious, they become such good little friends.

Apparently Sheels wasn't very exciting for them. I thought it was great! Huge aquarium, great women's section, ferris wheel in the middle of the store.

I totally wanted to steal that cute table and chairs at the frozen yogurt shop, adorable!
With the heat we've been having, it was perfect to go the the splash park and cool off.

I hate meal time

I loath when it becomes meal time. Here I'm trying to watch myself so I don't eat too much yet trying to get anything down this little ones mouth with out spitting our tossing it out on the floor. Today's lunch consisted of ice chips for Mary. That is all she would flippin eat along with torn pieces of bread and a bit of cheese from her turkey sandwich. I'll give her props she tried the cucumber but tossed it to the side on the floor hoping Indie (my sister in laws dog) would grab it before I noticed.

I HATE FEEDING A TODDLER!
All she wants to eat now a days is crushed ice, fruit, cereal, and string cheese. Amazingly tonight I got her to eat some lasagna for dinner.

I'm sure it doesn't help that she sits on top of the table to eat and has the freedom to try and stand up, get down to pet and hug Indie... After much debate with Ryan whether to get an actual high chair or a booster seat I did some searching on Buy Buy Baby since I have some gift cards that can be used with a coupon as well. It had to be ordered but THIS will be MJ's new high chair (Ryan wins) But just wait a sec folks...with the discount and my gift cards I paid drum roll..... Nothing! boo to the yeah! So Ryan and I got best of both worlds, It's a high chair later to be used as her own chair when she doesn't need the tray anymore and it will be a good investment for future use of more kiddos.

So I'm hoping once it arrives it will miraculously make Mary a good eater again.

umm I die!

People we have pigtails here!! They are itty bitty and she still hardly has anything on top
but we have pigtails! So stinking cute. Although I must say she now
totally looks like a toddler to me which may make me a tad bit sad to
not have a baby anymore. Good thing #2 is on their way!
Haha just kidding.

4th of July!

Our first week of moving in to Ryan's parents was hectic to say the least. We had my mom and sister come help us pack, Ryan's 2 sisters, 2 nephews, one niece, their two dogs come visiting. Ryan's grandpa's truck that we used for moving break down on us, Mary flipping out wanting me constantly not knowing what the heck was going on, and forgetting the pack & play at my parents so we  had got to share our bed with miss wiggle worm. We survived. We had a blast with Ryan's family getting together, and Mary meeting a new cousin! We spent the American holiday eating delicious amazing Armenian food. I love being part of this Armo family ;)

"say cheese MJ!"

Mary loved playing with her Aunt Stefani's dogs
and looking at this sweet baby. (Her cousins half sister)
Paislyn (left) looks just like her daddy! such a little cutie

Poor Rachel's boyfriend Jonny wearing his cast in this heat
Off to Murray park to watch fireworks!

                                                     MJ loves giving out kisses
I think I had the best view during the fireworks show
Aaaaand after 5 minutes Mary was disenchanted with them and thought
playing in dirt was way more fun..

She absolutely loves her 2nd cousin Olivia

A few pictures during our last bit of living at our old apartment
early dinner of corn dogs, smoothies and swimming

Don't mind the ghetto white trash look of the back round...
I promise our neighbors recliner and branches were just
there waiting till the dumpster arrived later that week

Yup that was definitely a good day

loath entirely

This pretty much sums up MJ's and my feelings about packing and moving the last couple of weeks.
